The easiest way to feel like a great host
Hosting at home means a hundred small jobs. Coffee doesn't have to be one of them. We set up in your kitchen, backyard, condo party room or rented space, pour café drinks for your guests, and clean up our station when we are done.
The cart needs a level spot about six feet square and one ordinary outlet. We bring our own water and take the waste water away, so your sink stays free.
This is a staffed coffee cart: our baristas make the drinks, and we bring the cups, lids and supplies. You do not need to operate the equipment or find someone to look after the coffee station.
Pick your favourites from the hot and iced drinks menu. Drinks are unlimited for the hours you book and made to order. Send your guest count and service hours with the enquiry, and tell us about dietary needs before the event. Your quote confirms the menu and booking details.

What do you need from the venue?
A level spot about 6 by 6 feet (1.8 by 1.8 m) for the cart, and one standard 120-volt, 15-amp outlet within 25 feet (7.5 m) that nothing else is plugged into. We also offer a mobile battery power, for a truly mobile experience. We bring our own cords, and our own water, and take the waste water away with us. No tap or drain needed.
How many drinks do guests get?
As many as they like. Drinks are unlimited for the service window you book, served continuously from start to finish.
Can you serve outdoors?
Yes, on level ground under cover from rain and wind, with shade in direct summer sun. Espresso machines don't cope with extreme temperatures, so below 5°C or above 32°C we need an enclosed or heated space.
Can you set up in a condo or an office tower?
Yes. We need a step-free route from the loading area to the room, and in a multi-storey building a freight or service elevator booked for our load-in and load-out times.
Do you offer dairy-free milk?
Yes. The dairy alternatives for your event are listed in your quote. We can offer one dairy alternative for your event.
