Everything you need to book with confidence

Every event gets its own tailored quote. The price depends on the hours of service, the number of guests, the menu and where the event is. Send us the details and you get one quote back with everything listed and HST shown within the same day.

Your date is reserved once the agreement is signed and the booking is paid. We don't hold unpaid dates, so if your date is firm, it's worth booking as soon as you have your quote.

By card when you accept your quote online, through a payment link we send you. We also accept Interac E-Transfer. Any platform or payment fee is shown before you accept.

Guest count, menu, where the coffee bar goes and the load-in plan are confirmed at least 14 days before the event. If your guest count goes up after that, tell us in writing at least 7 days before. We'll also work with you on approving branded bar signage, custom cups, and latte art printing if you purchased those add-ons.

It depends on how much notice we get:

• 15 or more days before: the service price is refunded in full.
• 8 to 14 days before: half is refunded.
• 7 days or less: the service price isn't refunded, but it becomes a one-time credit toward an event within 12 months.

Custom items that have already been ordered or made are still charged.

Yes, once, without a fee, if you ask at least 72 hours before a single-day event and the new date is within 12 months. It depends on the new date being open.

Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Pickering, Ajax and Whitby. Travel is free within 50 km of our M6N home base by the fastest driving route. Beyond 50 km, the fee is CAD $1 per kilometre of the full one-way distance, including the return trip. A 120 km route costs CAD $120 in total. See our service areas.

A level spot about 6 by 6 feet (1.8 by 1.8 m) for the cart, and one standard 120-volt, 15-amp outlet within 25 feet (7.5 m) that nothing else is plugged into. We also offer a mobile battery power, for a truly mobile experience. We bring our own cords, and our own water, and take the waste water away with us. No tap or drain needed.

Tell us when you ask for your quote. We have a battery power unit that can run the coffee bar, booked ahead of the event.

We need access to the space at least an hour and a half before service starts, and up to an hour afterwards to pack down. Setup and pack-down are included in your service quote.

As many as they like. Drinks are unlimited for the service window you book, served continuously from start to finish.

Yes, on level ground under cover from rain and wind, with shade in direct summer sun. Espresso machines don't cope with extreme temperatures, so below 5°C or above 32°C we need an enclosed or heated space.

If our team is free to stay and your day-of contact approves it in writing, yes. Extra time is added in 30-minute blocks at the rate in your quote. We never charge for extra time nobody approved.

Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence and $5,000,000 in aggregate. We can send a certificate of insurance with 5 business days' notice, and name your venue as an additional insured if they ask for it.

Yes. We need a step-free route from the loading area to the room, and in a multi-storey building a freight or service elevator booked for our load-in and load-out times.

No. We don't provide, add or serve alcohol. If your event has a licensed bar, the two sit happily side by side.

Hot: Americano, cortado, flat white, latte, cappuccino and Spanish latte. Iced: Americano, latte, Vietnamese-style iced coffee and our salt maple brown sugar latte. The menu for your event is confirmed in your quote.

Yes. The dairy alternatives for your event are listed in your quote. We can offer one dairy alternative for your event.

Tell us about dietary needs before the event and we will share ingredient information. We work on shared equipment and some products may contain nuts, soy or dairy, so we can't promise an allergen-free service.

Yes. Our latte printer add-on puts a logo or a short message on the foam of each drink. We can also arrange branded cup sleeves, printed menus and custom cups. Printed items need your written approval of a proof, and their lead time is listed in your quote.

We may photograph the coffee bar, the drinks and branded items for our own portfolio. We don't publish photos of identifiable guests without their consent. If you would rather we take no photos at all, tell us in writing before the event.
