Privacy & cookies

Lucky Coffee Mobile Catering Inc. uses information you send us to answer enquiries and arrange coffee catering. Please contact hello@luckycoffee.ca with privacy questions or requests concerning your information.

Cookies and your choice

Necessary cookies remember your privacy preferences and approximate country or province. Cloudflare supplies that location to apply regional choices; the location cookie lasts one day. Your versioned cookie choice lasts six months and takes priority over regional defaults. We ask again when it expires or our preference version changes.

Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and actions such as email, telephone and booking-link clicks. A confirmed form submission may be counted as an enquiry when a supported form is available. We do not send the contents of your enquiries or your contact details as analytics event parameters. Google may process measurement information outside Canada.

For Lucky Coffee’s Google tags, visitors in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec are asked before optional analytics or marketing is enabled. Elsewhere, these categories start enabled and can be turned off using Cookie settings. An unknown location is treated as requiring a choice. Necessary privacy cookies remain available when optional cookies are rejected. These choices do not control the Flashquotes form or its tracking, described below.

Google Consent Mode v2 communicates your preferences to Google. Our Google analytics tags load through the /metrics path on this domain and respect the same choices. In regions requiring a choice, they do not load until analytics is accepted. After a change, limited cookieless consent signals may occur as Google processes that update. Disabling a category removes known cookies for that category and reloads the page to stop previously loaded tags.

For Lucky Coffee’s Google tags, Global Privacy Control keeps advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization off, even if a previous choice allowed marketing. Analytics can be changed independently. The marketing category controls any Google advertising tags that may be enabled; it does not mean we currently run advertising campaigns.

Flashquotes enquiry form

Flashquotes supplies our enquiry form. We use the details you submit to review your event, prepare quotes and arrange catering; Flashquotes processes those details for us. We do not send your Google analytics identifiers or the contents of your enquiry to Google Analytics. Opening or loading the form is not counted as a completed enquiry.

The embedded form loads automatically when you open the quote page, including in the regions listed above, after rejecting our optional cookies, and when Global Privacy Control is enabled. Flashquotes may use its own analytics, session recording and marketing technologies as soon as the form loads, before you submit anything.

Our Cookie settings and Google Consent Mode govern Lucky Coffee’s Google tags, not Flashquotes’ cookies or scripts. Changing those settings does not unload the form or disable Flashquotes’ tracking. We cannot remove cookies already stored on Flashquotes’ domain and have not verified a tracking-free mode or how Flashquotes responds to Global Privacy Control. Flashquotes’ privacy information describes its platform practices. You can also contact us by email about your event.

Submitting an enquiry lets us respond about your event. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails or change your saved choices for Lucky Coffee’s Google tags.

External services have their own privacy policies. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing.
